- Parents or Legal Guardians must schedule a meeting with the Principal or Vice Principal prior to submitting an Application / Registration Form to review key items of our philosophy for learning in a Christian environment, handbooks, discipline, and any academic needs of their student. Current school records can be helpful during this first meeting to ensure we can meet your children’s needs. Prior and/or current school records will be required in order to finalize enrollment.
- A New Student Enrollment / Registration packet and Non-refundable Enrollment Fee must be submitted together.
- Book and Building Fee payment is required before your child is considered registered for the coming academic year. Our elementary classes fill quickly so please be ready to submit registrations and fees a soon as is practical. SC Education Scholarship Trust Fund Information
FOR 2025- 2026 SCHOOL YEAR NUMBER OF APPLICANTS IS TO INCREASE TO 10,000 SCHOLARSHIPS
This scholarship/voucher program for K-5 – 12th ‘grade students is currently being revised by the SC Legislature. New provisions increase the number of scholarships to 10,000 and you no longer have to be transferring from a public school; it is open to all students. OCA is a participant resource school and it is anticipated the new benefit will increase to $8500 per child. whose parents/guardians would like to enroll into a private school like OCA. Parents can apply by applying at ESTF SCHOLARSHIP WEBSITE by the March 15, 2025 deadline. If you child is currently enrolled with OCA. select the application status “OTHER”, because the current law is in effect that required students to be transferring from a public school – this has been removed in the new legislation.
This SC Scholarship/Voucher program will be available over the next three school years. In 2025-2026, the available scholarships increases to the first 10,000 approved applicants.
