Salaries based on degree level, experience, and are competitive among secular schools in South Carolina.

Our employment process begins with advertising of available and planned vacancies, fielding inquiries, and receiving a formal application. Once reviewed you will be contacted by a senior administrator regarding an interview that may lead to a recommendation for hire to the Board of Directors’ for approval. References are required for all teaching positions which will be closely reviewed and a successful background check must be completed by the school prior to any offer of employment becoming final. Every effort is made to employ classroom teachers that are properly trained, degreed/certified, and national, state, local, or school association certifications are desirable. We offer a sign-on bonus, 403B Tax Deferred Investment Plan, We offer full-time staff 403B Tax Deferred Investment Plan, Medi-Share Medical Plan, Life Insurance coverage from Liberty National (Global Life) or Washington National (Optavise), Long Term Disability coverage, and PTO hours. The 403B Investment Plan and Insurance offerings are fully transferrable. Other incentives available for attain our association’s (SCACS) Professional Education Certification or state/national certifications once a member of our staff.
