Our employment process begins with advertising of available and planned vacancies, fielding inquiries, and receiving a formal application. Once reviewed you will be contacted by a senior administrator regarding an interview that may lead to a recommendation for hire to the Board of Directors’ for approval. References are required for all teaching positions which will be closely reviewed and a successful background check must be completed by the school prior to any offer of employment becoming final. Every effort is made to employ classroom teachers that are properly trained, degreed/certified, and national, state, local, or school association certifications are desirable. We offer a sign-on bonus, 403B Tax Deferred Investment Plan, We offer full-time staff 403B Tax Deferred Investment Plan, Medi-Share Medical Plan, Life Insurance coverage from Liberty National (Global Life) or Washington National (Optavise), Long Term Disability coverage, and PTO hours.
