OCA implemented a Parent/Student portal in the Fall of 2023-2024. We have moved away from paper records and making student academic records more available to, parents and students through a secure web portal. Once a student’s approved enrollment application is uploading into the system, parents will receive an email notification with instructions on how to log in and receive training on the features available (attendance, assignments, grades, progress reports, report cards, discipline issues, and more…). This makes monitoring student achievement more accessible. MySchoolWorx is a preferred Student Information System vendor for the South Carolina Association of Christian Schools (SCACS).
